## 2. Data Collection (Server-side)
When you use our services (website, games, tools or mods), our server may process your **IP address** to establish a connection. 
- **Legal Basis:** Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate interest to provide a working game and prevent server abuse).
- **Retention:** IP addresses are processed temporarily and not stored long-term unless for security/ban purposes. 
- **Cloud Saves:** If you use cloud saving features, we store your game progress and a unique identifier (ID) to retrieve your data. This data is linked to your ID, not your real name.
- **Ratings & Analytics:** When you rate a game on our website, we process your rating (e.g., star count) and technical metadata to prevent spam and double-voting.

Ingame data, such as account age or account progress, may also be processed.

Beyond that, we do not collect your personal data (such as real name or home country), and we do not want it.

## 3. Local Storage (Browser)
Our online games and tools use **LocalStorage** to save your progress and settings (e.g., highscores). 
- This data remains on your device. 
- It gets erased when you clear cache, frequent backups are recommended. We are not obligated to provide a replacement when progress is lost.
- It is technically necessary for the game to function as intended. 

Local games, tools and mods may also write LocalStorage into the AppData, or save files locally, in formats such as .json or .nbt.

## 4. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Since we do not store personal accounts or names, we usually cannot link data to a specific person. If you wish to exercise your rights, contact us.

## 5. Third Parties
We do not use trackers (like Google Analytics) or sell your data.
